Continue your opera love affair with Opera Australia

Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour is over for 2013, but there's still plenty of opera to keep you reeling throughout the year.

Opera Australia's Melbourne Autumn season has just opened at the Arts Centre Melbourne with a new production of Verdi's A Masked Ball from cutting-edge Catalanian theatre company La Fura del Baus. This is followed by Graeme Murphy's spectacular production of Aida, and Handel's Partenope starring Emma Matthews.

Then on 29 June, the Sydney Winter season opens at the Sydney Opera House with a new production of Verdi's The Force of Destiny, followed by Puccini's Tosca, Donizetti's Don Pasquale, Verdi's La Traviata and Benjamin Britten's Albert Herring.
